First-time visitors could make nothing of the model names GO, Vario, Ultimo and Evo.
Why people react this way
A made-up name demands that you learn the model first, a feature you understand at once.
What is different now
The tiles on the homepage and the menu now name features such as "Schnelle Hüfttrage" (quick hip carrier) or "Mit Magnet-Schnallen" (with magnetic buckles).
Before buying, parents are unsure which carrier suits their child.
Why people react this way
Only a consultation resolves uncertainty before the choice, and it only helps when you find it early.
What is different now
A quiz leads to the right carrier, and the carrier consultation now sits in the menu.
